In today’s high-pressure world, stress has become a persistent presence. To avoid being consumed by it, we must map out (계획하다) thoughtful routines that balance responsibility with recovery. Without such structure, our thoughts may spiral out of control (걷잡을 수 없이 흘러가다), turning manageable issues into overwhelming ones.Making time for ourselves, even if brief, helps ward off (물리치다) the early signs of burnout. Rather than suppressing emotions, we should talk through (이야기하며 정리하다) them with someone we trust, which can allow us to snap out of (빠르게 벗어나다) these negative cycles. It’s also important to lay out (명확히 설명하다) clear personal boundaries to reduce stress from relationships. Otherwise, emotions can bottle up (속에 쌓이다) and eventually boil over (터지다) in harmful ways. The goal isn’t to erase stress, but to rise above (극복하다) it with self-awareness. Each small, positive act or gesture adds up to something meaningful (의미 있는 결과로 이어지다). Stress may be inevitable, but we don’t have to give in to it (굴복하다). Instead, we can learn to rise above it all (모든 것을 극복하다) and thrive, even in chaos. The more we practice intentional care, the more resilient we become. In choosing to face challenges with clarity, we empower ourselves to live with purpose, not pressure.
